Hotel Monte Casa has 63 rooms, fully equipped with modern trends and requirements. During the modernization of the hotel great care was exercised to preserve the warmth and grace which are essential for a proper harmonious vacation. 70% of the rooms have a sea view.  Every room is equipped with: air conditioning, safe, telephone, LCD TV and mini bar.Every room has a balcony.

Monte Casa offers its guests various room types to suite every taste:

• Single- 3 rooms with parkview. Not to expensive, comfortable and practical option for lone travelers, bathroom is equipped with a shower.
  Room size: 17 m².
  Maximum number of guests: 1 (single bed)
• Standard- 26 comfortable rooms intended for couples, with sea view (10 rooms) or pool and park view (16 rooms). Every room is equipped with a double bed (20 rooms) or two twin beds (6 rooms) and sofa bed (for children). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
  Room size: 22 m².
  Maximum number of guests: 2 basic + 1 child (for children up to 12 years)
• Studio - 14 spacious apartments / Studio. 9 of them have a sea view, 5 park view. Studio apartments also have a kitchen, bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and bidet.
  Room size: 42 m².
  Maximum number of guests: 2 basic (double bed) + 1 extra (sofa bed)
• Family- 13 two bed apartments (bedroom and living room). 5 of them have a pool view,1 with park view and 7 with sea view.Family apartments are additionally equipped with a kettle for preparation of hot beverages, bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and bidet.
  Room size: 45 m².
  Maximum number of guests: 2  basic (1 double or 2 twin beds) + 2 children (bed and sofa bed) or + 1 additional bed.
• Disable- 2 apartments, similar to Family apartments, but specially equiped to be used by people with limited physical abilities, one with poolview and one with seaview.
  Room size: 47 m².
  Maximum number of guests: 2 basic + 1 sofa bed.
• Suite- 4 elegant and spacious lux apartments with sea view, intended for the stay of minimum of three people. This lux includes a living room with a set, dining table, mini bar, LCD TV and air-conditioning, bedroom with a double bed, LCD TV, air-conditioning and balcony, bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and bidet, second bedroom has two separate beds, LCD TV and balcony, the second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and extra toilette. The Suite is additionally equipped with a kettle for preparation of hot beverages.
  Room size: 83 – 105.7m²
  Maximum number of guests: 4 basic + 2 extra (bed)
• Presidential Suite–a luxurious presidential lux with sea view, located on the fifth floor. A special suite intended for clients with highest standards. It consists of a entrance hall, living room,large hallway, two separate bedrooms with specially equipped bathrooms. All rooms are very spacious, equipped with best furniture and exclusively decorated with expensive natural materials. Living room: set, sofas, LCD TV,  big dining table, mini kitchen, bar, dresser, showcase. First bedroom: double bed, LCD TV.The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower.Second bedroom: Double bed and single bed, LCD TV. Bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, shower, bidet and toilette.This suite has a private elevator which connects it with the VIP zone of the  Monte Casa SPA – center.
