Offer for Wedding Parties

Hotel Monte Casa has created wedding arrangements with special care which we warmly recommend to our dear guests.

The Hotel is recommending you additional services for your wedding party to ensure its highest quality and complete its individuality.

Should you decide to entrust the organization of your wedding party to us, a person in charge of planning and coordination of all elements will be at your disposal in order to make your celebrations as successful as possible.

You will have the possibility to make sitting arrangements based on the guest list, with your personal wedding organizer three days before your party.        

Welcome

A welcome note to the newlyweds and all guests will be placed at the entrance in the Hotel lobby or in front of the ballroom. The guests can use the cloakroom to leave their personal effects and gifts. The guests will be acquainted with the sitting arrangements before the aperitif serving.

Extension of the party

It is possible to extend the time of your wedding party for maximum 2 hours.In this case Euro 175 per hour will be charged for the ballroom lease and the consumed drinks will be charged at regular hotel prices.

Confirmation and Payment

If you decide that our offer is the right choice for you, we ask you most kindly to notify us as soon as possible. We will prepare a contract for you, which will include all the details of your wedding celebration, conditions and mode of payment.A 20% advance payment from the total amount will represent your irrevocable reservation, to be made not later than 7 days from the date of acceptance of our offer. The remaining amount is to be paid at latest 3 days before the wedding party.
