•  Reservationsare paid for through our Web site when making them.
• For reservation to becomevalid, the user must pay 100 % in advance
• Check-in is from 15:00 h.
• Check-out is till 12:00 h.
• Fees for late check-out: till 16:00 h 50% of the room rate, after 16:00h 100%.
• Children till 2 years – free of charge.
• Children from 2 – 12 years: 30% discount if sharing the room with one adult.
• Children from 2 – 12 years: 50% discount if sharing the room with two adults.
• Third adult sharing: 20% discount.
• Single Use supplement: + 50%.
• Insurance and city tax are not included in the room rate, and are an addition of: 1.50e / night for adults, 1e / night for adolescents (12-18 years) and 0.5e / night for children (0-12 years).
• The hotel reservesthe right to change these prices.
• It is only possible to change the bookings in written form.
• The hotel reservesthe right to refuse a reservation in advance in case of no advance payment, abuses of the system or if the guest is known as non-payer, or troublesome.

Terms ofcancellation

• Reservations are validfrom the date when the client paid the entire cost in advance.
• Reservations mustbe canceled in writing, but in the event that a Party fails to do so 14 days prior to arrival in high season (10/07- 10/09) or 7 days prior to arrival in the rest of the year the penalty is 100% of the advance payment.

• In the event of timely cancellation, the hotel will notify the bank in no later than 2 working days and begin the process of returning the money.

• In case of no show 100% of the advance payment is charged.
